Is the school plan charged per student?
Starter and Pro have a flat school price, with no per-staff charge. MirrorMingo learning is a separate school-managed per-pupil purchase. Custom requirements are priced by agreement.
Does billing follow my school’s term dates?
Currently each paid billing term is three months, added from payment or your existing expiry. It does not automatically match state resumption dates, holidays or your academic calendar. The school makes a one-off payment when renewing.
How does the trial work?
Schools receive a trial after onboarding. The current trial duration appears with the plan catalogue above. When it ends, you can choose a paid plan or continue on Free.
Does my school lose its workspace when a paid plan ends?
Access falls back to the Free plan. Your roster and school workspace remain available, while paid features are locked until you renew.
What happens after I choose a plan?
Create your school account or sign in. Set up your school, then review the available plans in Subscription before completing checkout.
